Age: Must be mature when the time demands it.
Race: You must be willing to set aside your race .
Fore knowledge: You must know the basis and understanding to judge correctly and follow rules.
Skill: You must know or believe you have the potential to be what you want to be.
No limits: You must be prepared to let go of the things that tie you down.
